Tech Rescue is for when something should work — but doesn’t.

This is practical, hands-on help for everyday tech problems that are frustrating, disruptive, or quietly stressful.
PC and laptop repairs
Most PC repair work is not dramatic. A machine that won’t start, one that has slowed to a crawl, a laptop that overheats, or a desktop throwing errors nobody can explain.
I diagnose the cause before anything is charged, then tell you what I’ve found in plain English. Sometimes that means a repair. Sometimes it means a part, an SSD or more memory. Occasionally it means the honest answer is that the machine isn’t worth fixing, and I’ll say so.
Repairs happen in person, either at your home or by arrangement locally. No jargon, no upsell, and a fixed price for most jobs.

Hard Drive & SSD Data Recovery
Help recovering files from inaccessible hard drives, SSDs, external drives, USB sticks and memory cards using standard diagnostic, imaging and software recovery methods where suitable.

£89 for standard recovery. No recovery fee if none of the agreed files can be recovered through this service. Replacement storage and repairs are extra and agreed separately. More serious drive failures? Specialist laboratory recovery can be arranged, with costs agreed in advance.
