I have used Martyn at Marple Tech Help twice now through his Tech Concierge service—first for a new laptop and more recently for a Samsung mobile phone. On both occasions, I was struck by how friendly and prompt the service was.
What really impressed me was that Martyn managed to find me better quality equipment for less money than I was being quoted in the shops. He handled everything: setting up the devices, moving all my data across from the old ones, and patiently showing me the ropes. It saved me a great deal of hassle. I’m delighted with the results and would very happily recommend his services to anyone.
