Ideal if...

• Your computer has an old hard drive and takes ages to start
• You’re constantly running out of storage
• You want to keep the current computer if an upgrade is sensible
• The computer basically works, but storage is the likely bottleneck

Not ideal if...

• The computer won’t start at all (use PC/Mac Rescue)
• You suspect a failing drive and need data recovery first
• You need files copied, a full clone or Windows setup included in the £49 fitting price
• You only need more working memory for apps and browser tabs (use Memory Upgrade instead)
• The device can’t be upgraded (many thin laptops and most modern Macs)
• You want us to supply parts without first confirming compatibility

• Your login/password so we can test properly (or someone available who can log in)
• Any external drives you use for backups (if applicable)
• A quick note of what matters most: speed, more space, or keeping existing files
