During the visit, I’ll look at:

If a printer isn’t worth fixing, I’ll tell you honestly and explain your options — without pressure to replace it.
What to have ready (if you can)
If available, it helps to have:
- The printer switched on and accessible
- Any devices you normally print from
- Your Wi-Fi password (if it’s a wireless printer)
If you don’t have these to hand, that’s fine — we’ll work around it.
