Repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting are Tech Support jobs, not Concierge.

I ask a couple of quick questions if needed, then confirm which package fits and the exact price.

You order the kit

I recommend what to buy and where, but you place the order so warranties and receipts stay in your name. I can help with online ordering or arrange in-store support.

We schedule the visit

When your kit arrives (or if you’re using what you already own), we pick a convenient visit time.

Setup at your home

I configure everything properly: accounts, email, software, printers, backups, family controls and workspace checks depending on the package.

Handover & aftercare

We test everything together. You get simple written notes for passwords, settings and anything important. If something crops up afterwards, just message me.

FAQ

Do you go to the shop with me?

Usually I recommend what to buy and where, and you place the order. If you prefer help in-store, we can arrange it — we’ll just agree it beforehand.

Can you help me order it online?

Yes. I can walk you through it or sit with you while you complete the purchase. The transaction stays in your name.

What if the device arrives faulty or isn’t right?

You keep full buyer rights with the retailer. I can help you understand whether it’s a return/warranty issue and guide you through what to do next.

Can you set up something I’ve already bought?

Yes — the One-Device Concierge covers both new purchases and existing devices.

Does this include repairs or fault-finding?

No. Concierge is for research, advice and setup. Repairs and diagnostics fall under Tech Support and are agreed separately.

Do you earn commission from what I buy?

Absolutely not. I don’t take commission from shops or brands — the advice is genuinely independent.

Will I remember everything afterwards?

Yes — that’s why I leave simple written notes covering passwords, steps and anything important.
