If emails have been permanently deleted by a provider (e.g. over 30 days ago), they are usually gone for good — but I’ll check everything possible.
What to have ready (if you can)
If available, it helps to have:
- Any devices you use for email
- Rough details of the account(s) involved
- Access to recovery email addresses or phone numbers
Use any old passwords you remember — they often help us get back in.
