Digital Legacy Plan

£ 99 — fixed fee

A calm, practical session to organise access to what matters most.

In-person by default. Remote or take-away work only when it genuinely suits the situation.

When this is the right help

This is for you if:

  • You’re not sure where everything is stored
  • Your photos or important documents feel scattered
  • Someone else wouldn’t know what to do if you were suddenly unwell
  • You want peace of mind — without making things complicated
If any of that sounds familiar, this session is designed for you.

What we’ll do together

During the session, we’ll calmly work through:

  • Identifying your key accounts and devices
  • Clarifying where photos and important files live
  • Deciding how access should work (without sharing passwords unsafely)
  • Creating a simple, written plan that someone else could follow

The focus is on clarity and simplicity, not technical perfection.

What this is not

To avoid any uncertainty, this is not:

  • Legal advice or estate planning
  • A replacement for a will
  • Complicated software you have to keep updating
  • Surveillance, monitoring, or control

It’s a practical, human-centred plan — nothing more than it needs to be.

What to have ready (if you can)

You don’t need to prepare much. If available, it helps to have:

  • A rough idea of your main accounts (email, photos, cloud storage)
  • Any password manager you already use (if applicable)
  • Details of a trusted contact (optional)

If you don’t have these — that’s absolutely fine.

How it works

In-person session

We work together calmly.

~90 minutes

Enough time to be thorough, not rushed.

Follow-up

Optional questions or sessions later.

There’s no pressure to “get everything perfect” in one go.

Next steps

If you’re unsure, asking first is completely fine.

This is one of those things people often mean to sort out one day. The Digital Legacy Plan exists to make that day calm, manageable, and straightforward.
