Projects we've built

Portfolio

Marple Tech Help works with local clients, but we also build our own tools, experiments and software projects.

These examples show the range of things we design and develop.

Client Projects

Real work we’ve delivered for clients and organisations.

Tools & Experiments

Small software projects built by Marple Tech Help.

Alongside our local tech support work, we build small software tools and experiments. These projects explore design, automation and creative coding.

Browser Game Built by MTH

Final Draft

A word game where English runs out.

A minimalist word puzzle built as a browser game. Players build words from a limited letter grid until no valid words remain. Designed with a focus on simplicity, typography, and responsive UI state management.

Deadline

A chaotic real-time word challenge.

A timed spin-off of the Final Draft concept. Players must find words under pressure while the grid evolves. This project explores high-frequency state changes, real-time DOM updates, and timer-based game tension.

Creative Tool Built by MTH

CadenceMark

Syllable stress → visual identity.

A creative coding project that converts spoken rhythm into visual waveforms. Analyzes English syllable stress and generates unique SVG fingerprints, bridging the gap between linguistics and generative algorithmic design.

Example Sites

Not every site in this portfolio is a live client project. Some are fully working example sites built to show what your brand could look like with Marple Tech Help behind it.

Station Street Barbers demo site
Barbershop Demo One-Page

Station Street Barbers

A bold, single-page demo for a modern barbershop, with clear “book now” buttons and a premium, masculine feel.

This example shows how to position a local barber as a “destination” – strong headline, simple navigation, and clear booking buttons that work just as well on mobile as they do on desktop. It highlights services, team profiles, a gallery, and opening hours in a way that feels premium without feeling complicated.

Goyt Valley Plumbing demo site
Trades Demo Local Business

Goyt Valley Plumbing

A clean, trust-focused example site for a local plumber, with emergency callout buttons, services, and areas covered.

This example focuses on what most households actually need: clear emergency contact buttons, a list of services, areas covered, and reassuring reviews. It’s designed to make it easy for visitors to ask for a quote or book a job in a couple of clicks.

Cactara Racing website homepage
Brand Demo Motorsport

Cactara Racing

A motorsport brand demo showing how a small team or hobby project can look professional, sponsor-ready, and easy to follow online.

Cactara Racing is used here as a demo site for a small racing team, club, or personal motorsport brand. It shows how a simple site can bring together bold visuals, team information, upcoming events, and sponsor space – ideal for hobbies, side projects, and local clubs that want something more polished than a social media page.

More client sites being added this month.

Archive: Service Work

Examples of recent repairs, upgrades and tech support.

Lucas, Marple — Gaming PC upgrade & stability fix

Problem: A failing graphics card caused crashes and stuttering.

Result: Smoother gameplay, faster load times, and a reliable setup day-to-day.

Beryl, High Lane — Simple charging setup that actually works

Problem: Struggling to charge an iPad and phone reliably.

Result: No more fiddly charging routine — just a practical solution and peace of mind.

Chris, High Lane — New phone chosen, set up, and moved across

Problem: Needed a solid-value new phone and wanted the whole switch handled properly (without losing anything).

Result: Researched the best options, recommended the right model, set it up, and migrated data/apps/photos from the old phone — ready to use the same day.
