How it works

Message, WhatsApp, call or email — whatever you prefer. Tell me briefly what you’re trying to achieve.

I confirm the package & fixed price

I ask a couple of quick questions if needed, then confirm which package fits and the exact price.

You order the kit

I recommend what to buy and where, but you place the order so warranties and receipts stay in your name. I can help with online ordering or arrange in-store support.

We schedule the visit

When your kit arrives (or if you’re using what you already own), we pick a convenient visit time.

Setup at your home

I configure everything properly: accounts, email, software, printers, backups, family controls and workspace checks depending on the package.

Handover & aftercare

We test everything together. You get simple written notes for passwords, settings and anything important. If something crops up afterwards, just message me.

Do you sell devices?

No — advice stays independent, so you get what’s best for you.

Can you help my parents/grandparents?

Yes. Calm setup, simple explanations, and no judgement.

What if you discover something is actually broken?

We’ll tell you clearly. If it’s a fix, we’ll point you to Tech Rescue (fixed-fee support).

Do you earn commission from what I buy?

Absolutely not. I don’t take commission from shops or brands — the advice is genuinely independent.
