Smart home setups that stay reliable long after I leave.

Doorbells, thermostats, speakers, security cameras and automations configured on the right Wi-Fi so the whole family can use them.

What I can help with

  • Ring, Nest, Eufy and Arlo doorbells/cameras that won’t stay online
  • Smart thermostats, TRVs and heating zones that need pairing properly
  • Voice assistants (Alexa, Google, HomePod) and routines that need simplifying
  • Lighting, plugs and sensors that need grouping and scheduling

What it usually costs / how long it takes

Most visits: 60–120 mins

Typical cost: £65–£95 (most jobs finish within the first 1–1.5 hours)

If it’s likely to take longer, I’ll tell you before we keep going.

How the visit works

  1. Map the Wi-Fi coverage and make sure each device is on the right band/network.
  2. Reset and re-pair stubborn devices, then organise everything into sensible groups/scenes.
  3. Test from each person’s phone plus shared household accounts.
  4. Leave written notes covering which app controls what and how to add new devices safely.
